Rhonda Goetz is the person responsible for developing our training program based up on our written training manual and self training using our test system. She did a fantastic job of learning our application and translating her knowledge into a learning experience for our technicians. Her experience in developing training materials for many different companies eliminated many of the issues associated with first time training development, and we are extremely pleased with the final product.
